Play for the game. Stay in control. At QUICKTASY, we believe fantasy sports should be an enjoyable experience built around sports knowledge, strategy, and competition. We are committed to providing tools and information that help you make informed decisions about your participation and stay within limits that are right for you. Responsible gaming is part of how we design, operate, and continuously improve QUICKTASY. If fantasy sports stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling difficult to control, take a break and use the tools available to you.
Our Commitment
QUICKTASY is committed to:
- Helping players understand and manage their participation.
- Providing meaningful account controls for deposits and losses.
- Supporting cooling-off and self-exclusion requests.
- Preventing underage participation.
- Restricting play from jurisdictions where QUICKTASY contests are not permitted.
- Providing access to account and transaction information.
- Training our customer-support and operations teams to respond appropriately to player-protection concerns.
- Protecting responsible-gaming information as confidential customer information.
- Continuously reviewing and improving our player-protection controls.
Responsible gaming applies to our products, promotions, customer support, marketing, affiliates, influencers, and other customer-acquisition channels.
Know Your Limits
Before entering a paid fantasy contest, consider:
- How much money can I comfortably afford to spend?
- How much time do I want to spend playing?
- Am I playing for entertainment and competition rather than to recover money I have lost?
- Am I comfortable with the amount I am depositing or entering into contests?
- Would taking a break be beneficial?
Only participate with money you can afford to lose. Fantasy sports involve financial risk. There is no guarantee that you will win or recover previous losses.
Player Protection Tools
QUICKTASY provides account controls designed to help you manage your participation.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum amount you want to deposit during a defined period. Once your applicable deposit limit is reached, additional deposits will be restricted until the relevant period expires, subject to applicable law and account controls.
Loss Limits
Loss limits are designed to help you establish a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once an applicable loss limit is reached, additional paid participation may be restricted until the applicable period expires.
Cooling-Off
Sometimes the best move is to step away. A cooling-off period provides a temporary break from paid fantasy participation. During an active cooling-off period, access to restricted paid activity will be disabled.
Self-Exclusion
If you believe you need a longer break from paid fantasy contests, you can request self-exclusion. When self-exclusion is activated:
- Your access to applicable paid fantasy contests will be restricted.
- You will not be permitted to create another account to bypass the restriction.
- QUICKTASY will not encourage you to reverse or circumvent your self-exclusion.
- Applicable self-exclusion records will be maintained in accordance with our policies and legal requirements.
- Marketing restrictions will be applied where required.
- Self-exclusion periods and reinstatement procedures may vary depending on the applicable jurisdiction.
Self-exclude from Paid Contests: If you are considering self-exclusion, please take the decision seriously. Once activated, restrictions may not be reversible until the applicable exclusion period has ended.
Keep Track of Your Activity
You should be able to understand your QUICKTASY activity. Depending on your account and jurisdiction, your account information may include: Deposits, Withdrawals, Contest entries, Account balance, Applicable deposit limits, Applicable loss limits, Cooling-off status, Self-exclusion status, Promotional balances and applicable terms. Reviewing your activity regularly can help you understand how much you are spending and participating.
Age & Location Verification
QUICKTASY is committed to preventing underage and unauthorized participation. You must meet the minimum legal age applicable to the jurisdiction in which you are participating. QUICKTASY uses identity, age, and location verification technologies to determine whether a customer is eligible to participate. Attempting to bypass age, identity, or location controls is prohibited.
Play Within Your Limits
Responsible gaming means maintaining control over your participation. Consider these simple practices:
- Set a budget — Decide how much you can comfortably afford to spend before you participate.
- Set a time boundary — Decide how much time you want to spend on QUICKTASY and take regular breaks.
- Don't chase losses — A previous loss does not increase your chances of winning your next contest. Do not increase your spending simply to try to recover money you have lost.
- Don't play with money you need — Do not use money intended for rent, bills, food, savings, debt payments, or other essential expenses.
- Take a break when you need one — Use QUICKTASY's cooling-off or self-exclusion tools if you want to step away.
- Don't bypass your limits — Do not create additional accounts, use another person's payment method, or otherwise attempt to circumvent a responsible-gaming restriction.
When to Consider Taking a Break
You may want to consider using QUICKTASY's responsible-gaming tools if:
- You are spending more than you planned.
- You are increasing your deposits after losing.
- You are trying to win back previous losses.
- You are spending more time playing than intended.
- You feel stressed or anxious about your participation.
- You are hiding your participation or spending from people close to you.
- You have tried to stop but are finding it difficult.
- You are borrowing money or using funds needed for other expenses.
- You feel that playing is no longer enjoyable.
Using a responsible-gaming tool does not mean you have a problem. Setting boundaries can simply be a way to stay in control.

Our Approach to Player Protection
Responsible gaming does not operate in isolation at QUICKTASY. Our player-protection framework works alongside age and identity verification, geolocation controls, fraud prevention, payment monitoring, account-security controls, customer support, BSA/AML compliance, and marketing and affiliate oversight.
Marketing & Promotions
QUICKTASY expects its employees, affiliates, influencers, referral partners, and other marketing partners to follow applicable responsible-gaming requirements. Our marketing should not knowingly target underage individuals, encourage customers to chase losses, encourage excessive participation, encourage customers to bypass controls, misrepresent contest costs, prizes, eligibility, or promotional restrictions, or encourage participation by customers who are subject to applicable restrictions. Promotional terms and material restrictions are presented clearly.
Protecting Your Information
Responsible-gaming interactions can involve sensitive account information. QUICKTASY treats this information confidentially and limits access to personnel who have a legitimate business need. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
